Reasonably attractive copy of this interesting presentation of 36 cases in which the wrong men were convicted -- how this happened, how it could have been prevented, and suggestions as to how the court system could be changed to prevent such outcomes in the future (I guess the future is now -- and innocent folks still seem to get convicted!).
